^ Dale Thomas has lost a couple kegs.

Reported  :police:

That comment will knock out tiga's interest in women's hockey, if he hasn't already

Arizona fosters Tiger unity

Unity is a key ingredient of any successful team and new Richmond assistant coach Ross Smith believes the Tigers’ trip to Arizona will help build that among the playing group.

Smith, who joined Richmond from Hawthorn at the end of the 2011 season, completed Kokoda twice, as well as a hike through New Zealand, while he was with the Hawks.

"I think it is really important for teams to get away as a group for a period of time," Smith said.

"Time together helps create unity and you learn a lot about each other - things that you wouldn't necessarily learn during interstate trips in-season.

"It is also a great chance for the players that have just recently joined the Club to get to know those guys around them."

KiwiTiger on BF reporting from the States....

"Greetings all from Los Angeles. Last day of a fantastic trip. We fly out tonight on V Australia. Yesterday was yet another busy day. An early start with a bus trip to the Scottsdale Elite Athletes centre. Boys did a couple of weights circuits. Interestingly the biggest bench presser is Luke M. Lids is the fastest over 20m and we probably know that the elite distance runners are White, Jackson. Kingy and TV are the best boxers. Anyways, we then went straight to Phoenix airport for the flight to LA followed by a bus ride to Santa Monica where I am now.
We had our final dinner together last night at Yankee Doodles Sports Bar. As we have throughout the trip, we ate a specially prepared meal. No burgers and chips here! The team are amazingly diligent with their diet. Meals are tailored to meet the dietary needs of an elite athlete. The captain gave a speech. I then thanked the team on behalf of us guests, and we then sang the song on foreign soil with gusto. Jack did his normal refrain of "Go you Tigers!". It was emotional.
If I was to note highlights, apart from the whole trip, I would say our time in Tucson at the Uni of Arizona was fantastic. The atmosphere and facilities on campus were just amazing. All the players I've spoken to just raved about their time there. The other key takeaway was just how good the playing group are at being ambassadors for the club, league and country. They were amazingly accepting and inclusive in relation to us "guests". The team meetings gave an amazing insight into the level of detail that goes into planning strategy and game plan. Steve Morris trained really well. Brandon Ellis looks like silk and generally the team's ball work was sharp. There's much to be very positive about.

We have a final team meeting and video session at 4.30pm."

Herald-Sun reporter Mick Warner, who was travelling around with the club in Arizona, has written a summary of his thoughts of the Arizona camp and about where Richmond is at including his best 22 for Kiwitiger on BF:
