Nobody - Who said that we needed a Mark Thompson type person to begin with. We went for Craig because of his credentials, we could have used a guy like that. Doesn't mean now that we missed on Craig that we HAVE to go and find someone for that role, we don't. Lets look for some other junior assistance like Ross, thats what we REALLY need.

Agreed let it go. Unless the right person comes along lets not make up a role and fill it just for the sake of keeping up with the Jones'. Forget it and move on.

I am just interested to see how all these new faces at Melbourne gel with Schwab. :help
