But how many HBF'ers do we need. We have Lids, Newy, Batch, Grimes, Dea, Houli, Conners, Webberley, Morris, Conca, Grigg etc.
Does not seem well balanced to me, but I'm sure someone can explain! :-\

Summary

* Getting picked up by Richmond is a bonus. To be with family and friends.

* First thing is to be fortunate to get a game. If he does get a game and it's against North (who he barracked for) then he's not going to take any "crap" lol.

* Use to be a Collingwood supporter up to 5 years old before a relative/cousin (Judy Francis) got him to switch to the Kangaroos.

* He's had a good kick throughout his junior career. Last preseason worked on the strength in his legs. Agreed with Russell that kicking is about timing and connecting properly.

* Looking forward to going overseas on Tuesday for 11 days. Been overseas before to China but going to Arizona with the group is going to be unreal. Good chance to get to know the guys who hopefully will be teammates for a long time.

* Got a tattoo but you can't see it. Likes Dusty's tatts. He's going to wait a few years and then see if he still wants to ink up more. Going to concentrate first on his footy.

* Knows a bit of the passion of Tiger fans as one his best mates is a mad Tiger supporter who cried when Ellis was picked up. Would be great to run out in front of 80k against Carlton.

He's a midfielder.
From his own mouth played there almost his entire junior career.
Club has stated they believe he can become an elite midfielder.
Even in the brief "highlights" video you can see him in the centre for Vic Metro.

Pffft. Chris Newman was a midfielder in juniors, so was Mitch Farmer. No certs to make it at all.

Reminds me of a young Glen Archer.  If he can have a career like him I'd be absolutely stoked!  :pray

i would've preferred us to take on Kavanagh due to height and type of player but we cant have everything.

Im very happy we have taken on players with beef for once.

It seems Dimma is starting to understand there is no room for skinny alter boys like Edwards and co, who cant kick.

His type is on his last legs if he doesnt produce this year,

No one knows if we did well unless your the draft expert from the bustling metropolis of Tasmania

Before the Draft..........

good idea lets get another sub 180 cms player who will be thrown around like our other sub 180 smalls

Pass

seriously when will the club learn. This small HBF sub 180 cms doesnt pay in this modern game and especially when you have players like we do who are better served as alter boys

After the Draft........

So know your happy for them to be short as long as there fat :lol :lol :lol

Dimma drafted Edwards did he :wallywink :wallywink
