Brandon Ellis to Gold Coast / Richmond receive pick 39 as compo [merged]

Ellis is almost a year younger than Siposs, has had only had this year in the system compared to Siposs who played last year, has played all 14 games this year (twice as many as Siposs) and is averaging more disposals than Siposs (15 to 12). Over the past 6 weeks Ellis has averaged 17.3 disposals and cracked 20+ for the first time in his short career on the weekend. Ellis has also had more than 14 possies nine times this year compared to just Siposs' two. Not sure what the kid has to do to get a RS nomination?

If Siposs Played for RFC and Ellis for SKFC then Ellis would have got the nod.....'nuff said, )we are victims, prey, as perceived, in reality we are stalking looming Tigers ready to pounce, destroy and devour, ney, gorge on our opponents as we grind them into dust and mushed marrow,  mwah, mwah, put away the laser,) we know where we are and where we are going, forget the minor stuff, we are better than that.

Richmond great Matthew Richardson believes it must surely only be a matter of time before first-year Tiger player Brandon Ellis receives an AFL Rising Star nomination this season.

The 18-year-old is averaging more than 15 disposals per match and is ranked fifth overall among first-year players this season for total disposals. He had a career-high 24 touches against Gold Coast Suns last Saturday.
