Thought Ellis was one of our best last weekend.
Couldn't believe some of the rubbish about him that I read during the game.
Going beautifully for an 18 year old.

Good work Richo. Guaranteed to get it this week. Then the conspiracy theorists will be out saying we won't beat Carlton because Ellis will get too far ahead of himself and there are evil cows on the moon plotting our demise.

The last two weeks he has been harder at the ball and more assured when it was in his hands. I commend him for working on his game and I am astonished that he didn't get a RS Nom this week.

Conca is becoming a get it and kick it anywhere merchant. Needs to told to stop just kicking it anywhere. Its poor footy from a top 10 pick.

A real positive
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
