It's one thing to be struggling form wise, like Conca as well, but it's the manner in which he is taking short steps and ducking his head and generally playing like a scared little girl.
He is an adult and as soon as he puts on an AFL jumper, especially ours, he needs to play like a man. Stop making excuses for the inexcusable.
