Was great again last night.
Good to see the dinky crappy kicks with too much air have gone. :thumbsup

Was everywhere tonight. Awesome play.

Yep from the last line of defence taking marks in the square to covering every other blade of grass on
the ground also. Got his mojo back. :thumbsup

That's probably why he gets so much easy outside ball. Opposition HAS to put time into Cotchin, Deledio and Martin. Even Miles is getting it around stoppages. Not enough stoppers to take care of every one. Last night was a better opponent than usual where Ellis has to work a bit harder but still managed to find his own footy.

Only issue I had with him last night was a couple of kick-outs that were poorly directed and went to the Bummer's advantage.  Apart from that I thought he played very well.

Would be great if they start tagging Ellis over a lids or chimp

Highlight for me was in the last and he laid that tackle (Dempsey IIRC), was fantastic to see  :clapping

yep and also when he didn't hesitate when faced with a heavy front on collision. Has really stepped it up in all, facets, looks leaner and tougher too.

good to see you have come around. The guy is class. Our first rounds were horrible even  Cotch played rubbish.

Yes, it was pretty funny to see Heppell set up poor old Heath Hocking with a hospital pass, Ellis got him pretty nicely, he had a bit of steam up.

The one where the Essendon player was vulnerable going for the mark and Ellis was free to brace himself instead of going the spoil?

Always give credit where credit is due

Didn't pull out of one contest and that's the best thing IMV

On Friday night he set what is now the minimum benchmark required, it needs to become the norm not a monthly cameo  :thumbsup
