Dimma is in this week's episode:
* Viewed our tough draw in the first 10 rounds as a positive. We got a chance to measure where we are at early on.
* Our improvement shows in us not only being able to match it with those sides around us but also now match it with those sides who were above us on the ladder last year.
* Now need to keep things in perspective as far as our long term goals and have strong efforts in the next two weeks against Freo and GWS.
* Saints game positive - able to limit stoppages (Saints like second stoppages) which was our plan going into the game. 75 was the lowest for the year.
* negative - too fast offensively which allowed the Saints to score on the rebound and chalk up 113 points in total.
* Overall - a great game of footy. Franetic. Players with hands on their hips for 15-20 secs after every goal.
* Jack has been No.2 in defensive tackles so the defensive side of his game has been good all year. Last two weeks the offensive side has clicked and the goals have come (14 goals).
* Vickery similar to where Jack was. Doing his part defensively but offensive side hasn't clicked yet.
* Rance - can hold his head up high. Nick R only kicked 3 goals and all those came from centre bounces which are hard to stop. Gave away 4 frees so that's one area he can tidy up.
* Griffiths - pleased with his efforts in our backline. His vunerability is his durability so our work now is to keep him on the park.
* This week - try to lock Freo down as much as we can and attack offensively as we can.
* We are ranked 8th in clearances. Have come back to the field the last week or so, so we need to work on that this week.
* Sandilands dominates the hitouts but Freo don't get the clearances you'd expect from that dominace. There's a few guys we need to curb such as Pavlich.
