hes exactly what we need up forward dont think anyone would argue with that.
hes 26 in march so we would in effect be drafting a 26 yo for 2o13.

the money side of it i have no issue with damn good players demand big bucks hes a damned good kpf and they dont grow on trees.

what i have issue with is the cost in draft picks. i have always been a believer in staying in the early part of the draft first two or three rounds. i believe atm one player wont do a lot for our depth and we have too many we need to turn over atm. how do we get cloke without selling our future. we are nowhere near a premiership and its not as if cloke would be the final expensive piece in the puzzle ala ball and jolly at collingwood.
would be nice to get him and find a way to stay in the draft at the same time.

The media seems to be all over us in the race for Cloke.  Up until tonight I would have said 0 chance.  Not so sure now.'

Free agent.

But of course he won't come for free, far from it.

So long as we can afford it, we should do it in a heartbeat.

If he's a free agent he won't cost us picks just lots of coin....

Eddie claiming Gary March has said no to Cloke (Age)
« Reply #321 on: July 26, 2012, 04:55:54 AM »
Richmond football department boss Craig Cameron says the Tigers are ''duty-bound'' to make contact with Cloke if his dealings with the Magpies become ''irreparable''.

But McGuire said he had already spoken with Tigers president Gary March, who told him the Tigers would not pursue Cloke. ''He said, 'No, not interested in that. We are going to bring our own players through and not blow our salary-cap up'.''

Dokic. Please

The old man made a point of not letting any of his sons come to punt rd now we should return the favour and tell him to shove his 800k a year up his date

One good year and he demands 800k plus

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Duty boud and improve our list.....sigh.....this is moving forward!!!!!!!!!

"Richmond football department head, Craig Cameron, said of Cloke, whose father David played more than 200 games for the Tigers: ''Our understanding has always been that he would remain at Collingwood. But if that situation becomes irreparable, we're duty-bound to look at any way to improve our list.''

DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

Shaun Hampson is the No.1 man"

Don't worry, we'd be right into him, as would Carlton, Melbourne etc.

Nobody wants to do it as publicly as Geelong did with Boak.
