Should resign immediately for signing us up to play in Cairns.
We pay all this money to the FTF and yet they still need this extra money which is going to ofiicially kill our season two seasons in a row...

Rubbish, Benny has put us on the right track, but all sport is a gamble and in this game we lost. The aim is overall we get better and that will only come with a bigger spend, from more money, from more members, over a long period of time. 3 - 0 - 75 is the right vision!

Just look at our percentage - we have improved heaps!

We're not being smashed by the top sides anymore ..... just need to learn how to win the close ones!!!!

After all the turmoil of the last few weeks this was always on the cards - plenty to still be optimistic about ... (but maybe not till next year now).

ooh okay because our percentage is better means we have improved. is that right?

I look at wins/losses and how we win and loss those games.

Today was a disgrace

We always play well against the Swans and Hawks so where exactly have we improved.

we cant nail sides to the wall, its as simple as that. weak as pee

Structurally off field and financially we are much better but Benny now that the FTF has reached the level it has and the membership numbers are where they are need's to abandon this interstate home game free cash cow.

Long term we have now developed a losing culture against GC and by the time we may play them at the G it may be irrelevant our home ground advantage or 19th man as they may be ahead of us in terms of development and these kids may have matured in such a way that they will be winning anywhere compared to our rebuild thanks to the Wallet.

It's time to address this and play 11 games at the G. Look at the crowds statistics this year.

Interstate home games are for b/s clubs like Nought Dogs St Kilda Melbourne whose lack of success dates back to a by gone era. Wait a minute does that include us also? :help

In any event I don't see Collingwood or Essendon ever dreaming of doing this you want success you model yourselves on the successful.

Calls to sack Benny Gale are ridiculous but I've never supported selling home games no matter what carrot is offered. Home ground advantage is not something you give up especially when you hand an advantage to the side you're playing against by playing in their state. In any case I wonder how much money we will now lose now in lower crowds over the next 7 weeks having thrown our season away tonight  :(.

the problem is we dont have the best people in key areas. We are way behind in recruiting, we are way behind in fitness to other clubs, we are way behind in development of players. We are just way behind. I have lost confidence in the likes of Francis Jackson and co. as well. Been there a long time now and the results arent good IMHO.

You never give your opponents an inch. Benny, first with the Darwin Disaster and now the Cairns Collapse2 has to take his share of responsibility for this.

blaming benny for the tripe some of those blokes wearing our jumper served up to day is just as stupid as.....well, letting some of those blokes wear our jumper!

should be able to beat that team anywhere - and we had them beat with 30seconds to go...not so much an offield/president issue as it is a half hearted/weak as pee issue on field...
