truth be known tas you and most posters probably arent that far off what i think to start with.
me i have set criteria kpis  and process that the club needs to meet   that dictates the way i think. what is it ross lyon keeps saying lately. hmm focusing on winning is just a distraction from the need to focus on  improvement  win lose or draw. or something like that.

Agree with "The clearest message to the club is that the list still isn't good enough.

First major injuries for the year and we can't even beat GC.

Talk all you like about 3 premierships but it won't come whilst many of these footballers remain in the squad.

Just need to keep culling and bringing in fresh faces who might improve things quickly enough for Lids to see some September action before his career is over."
