Couple of sheds won't get sign off from the VFL.

But one way or another all should be known soon

They need to spend another $1 million to bring it up VFL standard. no public amenities (eg toilets etc)
Surely a few trees would just about do it?

Where they going yo okay? Coburg?

 :-\

have no idea, they said at the AGM they were "investigating a number of options including spending the $1mil earlier than planned"

they should be working in the canteen not watching the footy

Well that wont work either as there isn't one at Punt Road that would meet OH&S standards

I'm flabbergasted this wasn't pre planned & included in the redevelopment.  :gobdrop

After all the money issues that have been flagged about running a stand alone reserves side,  what want to know is how the stuff the bulldogs are able to fund one??  We're stronger than them financially and we still had to use the ftf to make it happen.  Surely they will struggle to fund it?

Because when the re-development was first planned there was no talk about a stand alone VFL side. The re-development of Punt Road was about improving facilities, not playing game sof footy at the ground

The stand alone VFL side has come about since the launch of the FTF

they are 2 very different things

After all the money issues that have been flagged about running a stand alone reserves side,  what want to know is how the stuff the bulldogs are able to fund one??  We're stronger than them financially and we still had to use the ftf to make it happen.  Surely they will struggle to fund it?

You will find that the Bulldogs are not likely to be playing VFL games at the Whitten Oval

ANd yes they will struggle to fund it on their own but they still get large handouts from the AFL so that's how they will fund it

the other thing is the split in the alignment with W'stown was not the Bulldogs choice it was Willies' so Footscray have no choice but to go it alone

We are the opposite, we decided to end our alignment
