SEN saying Clinton Young's management were 'insulted' by Hawthorn's revised offer and it looks out he is out the door. Clinton Young apparently is touring Collingwood's facilities.

Claims AFL clubs have spoken to Fevola about making a comeback.

Jay Clark from Herald Sun reported "Good news for Gumbleton. Will start pre-season on time after full medical clearance on his back"

From BF, Gumbleton been given full medical clearance on his back, reports are that Freo are leading the chase and a pick in the 20's will do it. However a Blues supporter has said Gumbleton failed his medical at Carlton.

Collingwood magically all of a sudden have money every time someone is leaving a club.

Just like Melbourne with a list spot whenever a dud becomes available.

Collingwood should be investigated by the AFL.

You have to laugh at Bumber supporters. They are whinging that if it wasn't for Port, they could have got Daniher for a 2nd round pick.

You don't have to be Einstein to work out that Port put their hand up for all clubs by nominating he and Viney.

I fuelled that by telling one of those muppets wow look how unbelievably close it was to getting past your first rounder.  :lol

The Giants tweet that they have secured a trade with Melbourne which leaves GWS with 5 of the top 13 draft picks. That is likely to see picks 3 and 13 heading to GWS, with the Dees getting WA key forward Jesse Hogan in return via the GWS mini-draft, plus further compensation. Details to follow as soon as we can confirm.

CONFIRMATION - Melbourne receive Jesse Hogan in GWS Mini-Draft, pre-listed GWS player Dom Barry & Pick 20; GWS receive Picks 3 & 13.

So GWS now have picks 1, 2, 3, 12 & 13.

Agree.

They will have trouble holding onto all these kids though  ;) They don't give us Tyson this year, we'll get him next season for nothing.

Most of the big-name trades will be held up now for two weeks because the clubs that lost players via free agency won't receive their compo picks until the end of the free agency period. Once those picks are known and on the table then clubs will deal. So expect a slow next two weeks and then a mad rush in the final week of trades.

1 week FA and 1 week trades FFS. At end of FA teams can either re-sign their players, trade them or they go to the draft. What a joke.

Kristian Pisano ‏@KristianPisano twitter:

"St Kilda have offered their Brendon Goddard compensation pick (~13), 24 and 34 for Josh Caddy and Tom Hickey. The Suns said 'no thanks'. "

Wasn't that stringer bloke a deadest ringer for number 1 earlier this year before breaking his leg? Now there's talk he'll go mid first rnd to early second round. Bit of a gamble trading into he mini draft isn't it? Sometimes blokes don't come on for various reasons
