Snip! Leave the non-footy talk (music) for the general discussion board.

Anyway the latest rumour today from BF:

Apparently,We have offered pick 9 and Post to the Doggies for pick 6.

We will then have one more shot at Tyson involving pick 6 and a "mature player"

So, Pick 9, Post and Jackson or Nahas (assuming they are the mature players).  Hefty price to pay for a kid who has played half the games out of one season.

Sounds like we need to offer too much for this kid
There is times more often than not we will have a dig at either post, jackson or nahas for some of their efforts or lack of at times, however I find all of those players mentioned have a value.

Having to trade a pick plus a player for a higher pick then on trade that plus another established player is beyond me.

I could accept trading pick 9 plus jackson or nahas? Both good players, both with some flaws but can contribute.

I would hate to lose both of them plus trade out, if this kid wants to play for us he will walk in 12 months time. Otherwise it will be at his own peril, Beware the tiger is stirring!

Would do the trade for 6, but not the on trade to GWS. Would get stringer at 6. Reckon the Tyson prospect is dead and dogs wouldn't trade 6/Stringer for 9 and Post. /2c

I still think Tyson is worth pick 6. He would still easily be to 4 in this years draft and he's had a year in the system. Make know mistake the kid will be an absolute gun down the track.......

Essendon have made solid inquiries in regards to Melbourne midfielder Jordan Gysberts late last night. Melbourne want an early second round pick from Essendon. There is some suggestion that Essendon also may trade Sam Lonergan + a second round pick to sweeten the deal.

David Hille has also re-signed with the Bombers.

So Post and a stack of Yes records is not going to get us a decent pick?  8)  :(

Unfortunately other clubs are seeing that Post can't play.

Essendon are tossing up whether or not they want Gysberts or Rory Atkins in the draft.

I reckon Adelaide would take a stack of Yes records for Tippett as long as Sydney wasn't doing the deal
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
