They sell it that way but it is absolutely useless for those who cannot get to games.

It gives you access to 3 games, standard member benefits (sticker, lanyard etc) and access to the Rewards & Recognition program. Not much use to those who cannot get to games

They used to have something a few years back but replaced it with the Tiger Insider.

Not good enough IMO.

Rolling Tigers will be added once the first payment for 2013 m'ships goes through in Nov - will be a massive spike then
