). We were after Neil Craig last year to add to our coaching ranks and missed out to Melbourne (good choice lol). Instead we eventually got Ross Smith over from Hawthorn who by all reports has been mainly responsible for tightening up our team defensive structure so we've stayed in games and not got flogged on the scoreboard all year.
I spoke to Matt Hornsby at training on Tuesday (wished him well for the future) and he was confident the Club would find someone very good to carry on what the Club's doing.
