“Mark has an outstanding pedigree as a coach, in particular with the development of young players, and we’re thrilled to have him join our coaching group,” said Richmond’s General Manager of Football, Craig Cameron.

“We have worked hard to build an exciting playing list over the past few years, and we believe Mark will really help add to the progression of the group.”

Where does Craig Cameron see the "exciting playing list" coz all I see is that we won 10 games this year and we couldnt beat Port on the MCG today! Cameron needs to leave the spin and get on and get us some good players.  :help

Dimma’s ‘Choco’ delight
richmondfc.com.au
Tue 04 Sep, 2012

“He’s an outstanding developer of junior talent.  We’re very lucky to have him,” Hardwick said.

“You’ve only got to look at the way those GWS kids play.  They play hard, tough footy and that’s something we’re looking to bring to our younger brigade.

“He’ll be fully in charge of that 1-3-year program and we’ve got no doubt we’ll reap immediate dividends of having him on-board.”

Stoked with this.
Sheedy said Choco was the best player developer/teacher he has every worked with.  :thumbsup
Also hoping that he can help Dimma on match day. I like our coaching panel.

I agree Willy. I think he should also be inside the box during the game for his experience during pressured times at the very least.
