What's so wrong about having the new kids i.e. Tambling,Deledio,Meyer, etc, having Nathan Brown to model
themselves on ???? :scream

If he plays 4 more years, I'd say it was a plus for us not only from a playing stance but also from the inspiration he gives
the whole joint.
Besides,Richo needs him.

Im 34 ...nothing wrong with being in your 30s actually its pretty good...but i have a view that Richmond needs to find a way of getting 2 picks in the first round including 1 top 10 pick. Any of you guys have a clue about how we can manufacture such a scenario? :thumbsup

In two years time he'll have just turned 29. Turned 27 in February. Plenty of quality years left in him.

Going on last year it'll be nigh on impossible to get a top 10 pick unless we finish down the bottom of the ladder ourselves. The way this year is going there could be 3-4 teams who end up with priority picks  :P (the AFL should ban them immediately lol). So our first pick will end up being around the mid-teen mark. Last year no side with a top 9 pick traded their first round picks away for a player. The Roos used pick 10 to get Thomson, Freo pick 11 for Carr and the Pies bizarrely swapped picks 7 and 10 with the Hawks so at best we would be trading for another teen pick if we went down that path. You don't trade a A-grade player for that. As X alluded to if you want ot trade someone trade a easily replaced B-grade flanker who had an exceptional year and so will be overvalued by other clubs.

Just like Otto.....

Let it go re. We need players like this around the club. He is a touch of class. We will benefit short-term with his playing prowess and long-term from his tutelage to our kids....

Sorry ramps but LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

With the game on the line Johnson missed from 40.

With the game on the line Browny pulled something out of the hat for the second week running. The most evidently inspirational leader we have.

Browny missed a couple that were at the limit of his range in the first 3 quarters and that could have given us the lead (as did Simmonds, Johnson and a number of others) but he nailed the 2 snaps at goal that got us across the line in the last.

i wobder if it was windy and swirly there as even krak had trouble kicking, in teh end we won and the polish was from simonds, his last quarter was hard at the ball , kicked a team lifting goal and by nathan brown! next person who says we should trade him i will shoot him!!
