My experience last week:
Tried to use my voucher last weekend (won in this year's tipping comp - thank you very much WP and OE
) in the Online Superstore but the field to enter the voucher number was missing (the text label was there but no field) so sent an email to the club, got a reply the next day saying there was a problem with vouchers on the site and suggested I call the store. I did that, ordered what I wanted, split the payment up into the voucher and a small balance paid by card (no postage either - more kudos to the club) and was all done in a couple of minutes. Handled very quickly and professionally with no hiccups. Goods arrived by Aust Post 4 days later, as ordered. Excellent experience and excellent service. Well done RFC Merchandising!
