Casboult can take a grab but Chaps should beat him easily. Waite & a resting Kruezer are the only talls who worry me. Walker too quick and strong in the air for PrancingRancer, IMO. ;D Batch to go to him (if Batch gets a gig that is)

Doubt Waite plays. If he does then that's a tough match up. Walker has been awful in pre-season. Grimes would be an ideal match up but I'd back Rance's speed in over Batch. Having said that if Batch plays then he probably has to take Walker. Kreuzer is really the only one that on paper could give us trouble and I guess Griff takes him while Hampson goes into the ruck and we pray Griff has a game like he did last year against Roughy or Kosi.

Waite won't be playing coach.

Anyone know if Henderson is injured or rested for last night

He played last night didnt he?
Yer he did. Was spending the night calling him Henderdud so hope that was him. A few times it turned out to be the superstar Bootsma. Please let Bootsma play round 1  :pray

Too late now. At least if Carlton start getting on top I can feed the in laws to the Richmond cheer squad behind the goals :gotigers

Pretty sure Carltank cheersquad is punt rd end this year

They were last season for MCG home games

When I purchased our reserved seats; selected "Away team" area and it came up with the Ponsford Stand  ;D So N33 right behind the goals for us  :clapping

I'll holler at ya from level 2

See you there lads I'm at N29 on level 2 also.:thumbsup

It's such BS that we can't have Punt road end in all of our games at the G.
We have been using it as our home ground longer than all these opportunists so regardless of who's home game it is we have earned the right to have whatever end we want.
The club that keeps giving.

Think Griff needs to play forward in this game, we need more of a dynamic forward line.....Pettard back, Griff forward!

Victoria failed to make the Sheffield Shield final so now we don't have to worry about playing footy just two days after the pitch is removed. The MCC can start removing the cricket pitch tomorrow.

No worries Jack. :cheers
Maybe those of us sitting from OER between N29-36 catch up for a beer at the bar behind the seats. :thumbsup

Should have started today with the position the Vics were in.  :shh

In reality they'll probably just leave the pitch removal as scheduled for next week.  :lol

How the hell do they remove the pitch and make the grass in that area look so good in one week?
