good to see him get through the game
without knives protruding from the supporters.

good kid, and people claiming him to be a keeper
after 1 game, a number 9 draft pick, so if he played
crap do we toss him.

ease up..

Floss shows a fair bit of poise with the ball and a good attack at the footy for kid in his first year (showed up a few of his more senior teammates in those areas). Racking up 20 possies (9 contested) at 75% efficiency and with 5 tackles in just your second game is a very good effort.

Along with Ellis and hopefully when Conca returns there are a few very talented young players at Tigerland.
I'd like to see McBean get a run for the experience.
Ideally, one of Astbury, Elton or Griiffiths would just explode all of a sudden - we are desperately missing a KPP at either end of the ground.
It's that simple Spud

Elton is the best chance the other two are marking time at the moment. Astbury hasnt shown anything even though have to admit he has been cruelled by injury, Griff seems to either not care anymore or he's totally out of confidence. McBean looks a nice player in the making.

Astbury played a very good game against the bombers. His marking and ball use was very good. Deserves a recall. Griff played well but needs to get more of the ball. McBean is very impressive but don't rush him
