In the first quarter I thought he got absolutely towelled and was thinking here we go, Flossy's turn for a shocker. He kept digging in and got better and I thought that when he got absolutely smashed in that marking contest showed huge courage. That's team lifting stuff.

Has gone to a new level this year, had a quiet one yesterday but as the game heated up he got better and more sure. Leader

Thought his 1st qtr was poor but in the 2nd half he went up a gear  :clapping

Very tough, fearless and got better as the game went on. Most of our first round picks are now starting to show very good signs and that's a good thing for the longer term.

Absolutely fearless. One of the few players on our list who I know will never pull out of a contest fearing physical harm.

Inspirational to his teammates who always know the effort he will be giving.

Isn't that the most important quality that defines leadership?
