Had a go. Wasn't afraid to have a run. Might just make it off half back. Really good size too.

Very encouraging but needs more exposure at the higher level. Had the sense this is one kid we need to bring through.

Yep, the longer the game went you could see him become more comfortable at the level. Play the kid on the wing and with his running ability plus his size, he can float down back when necessary. Hope he plays seniors this year.

Pretty much how i saw it, but as the game wore in he got better.
Isnt the first, nor will be he the last kid to rush and fluff his disposal in his early senior games. I'm prepared to cut him slack at this point. I was more disappointed in Vlaustuins disposal, TBH.

Agree.  I hadn't seen much of him at all up to yesterday but he impressed me more as the game went on - he seemed to pick up the pace of the game and believe in himself more and was playing quite well by the end.
