Prestia was also terrible as was Nank, Grimes and Reiwoldt

Baker probably his worst game of the season.

We need a wingman to take over from him definitely. He has been a valuable servant of the club. Who’s our best field kick at the moment? Get their tank up and plonk them there

Right, so the problem is his role then.  Change his role & solve the problem ... 
So lets throw Kmac into the middle as a gut running big bodied battering ram to smack into the Cripps' of this world & we can ignore his woeful hacks out of a pack like we do with inside mids.  HRS or Banks goes to the wing & other problems get fixed too. 
All of Cotchin, Martin & Prestia are out of luck then.  So be it ...

Richmond free agent Kamdyn McIntosh is negotiating a new deal to stay at the Tigers despite being about to hit a games-based trigger for a deal for 2024.

The dual premiership free agent, 29, has been so durable and consistent Richmond is open to talks on a deal past next year.

McIntosh is one of the many Richmond players who are thrilled with the immediate impact of interim coach Andrew McQualter.
