I got one for ya, name 12 sides and their  4 defenders better than
Rance, grimes chappy and morris

This will be good :lol

Ps it was that wet that day that jack bagged 7, taking screamer after screamer ::)

How about no? Name the quality defenders who are inferior to Troy Chaplin and Rance? Chaplin isn't a defender, he plays as a floater. Well he is a defender, just not a very good one. ;D You'd know this if you actually knew who he was before Richmond became interested :lol Good luck with your high expectations of him. I can't wait until the 2013 end of year reviews from you blokes. "Chappy just needs to be more consistent. He had some good games but also some poor ones, maybe a big pre-season will do the trick and he will come out firing in 2014". ;D

You are a fake supporter, BJ. You do not even have a membership. ;D

;D

yeah only for 31 years now :shh, let me tell you something partner, now listen and listen good, the reason we failed to make finals this year had stuff all to do with our defence, with an overwhelming number of I50 ea week we simply couldnt kick goals. Id have less of a case if our forward line was ranked 13th. Now come nice and close so no -one else can hear....I wouldnt swap Rance Grimes chappy or morris  for the best 4 defenders from hawthorn or swans, you hear, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it :lol

No, mail is you're a troll. Anyway I will play along

Who said our backline is the reason we missed out on finals? I happen to think we have a much improved back half that is quite solid now. You said we have a top 5 backline. We don't. We have a top 5 midfield, a decent backline and 1 very good forward. Your last comment is so ridiculous it should not even be acknowledged.

Well your mail is about as misguided as your comments , i know a couple of posters on here personally, tony motana , cub. Who could account for my accreditation.  Once you graduate from being more than a keyboard peeant you may develop a greater insight into what this games all about.

:fishing

That was a clear windup and you fell for it. I know you're a Tiges man, just a dumb one. You've got no idea and it's obvious to all who read your posts, BJ. I'm guessing I played at a higher level than all of you gimps who refuse to look at some of our players without rose coloured glasses. Hey BJ, you PM me the clubs you played for and provide proof and I will do the same. Running someone down on the internet is easy from behind your keyboard, mate. At least I crossed the whiteline at a decent level

Teddy is a gun now, was a gimp for years guy

That's where you're wrong. He was never a gimp. He was inconsistent at Essendon but has become one of the games finest defenders at Sydney.

Guy

:lol...yeah right, how did he go against the tiges..he was lamentable at ESS on every measure, although he had a good haircut,if  thats what you were referring to

He was BOG against us from memory and was All Australian this year. Was "Rancer"

Regards,
Keyboard peeant

hey coach, how many times did you represent your state/territory?
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

you need to play in a comp where the only selection criteria is if you can pay your own way, your in the team, then. ;)

Well if it means anything at all, I played F grade amateurs and came top 10 in reserves best and fairest , best clubman award and was a committeeman for 7 years. I was a bloody ordinary footballer but loved being a part of it. Ooh yeah i did win B&f for school third xviii in 1986

U underrate ARance

What a bloody joke , defense 13th, try rance grimes chappy and morris for size, thats top 5 by most reckoning :shh

No it's not. Two of those players are average and the other two are good. Although Grimes is always injured.

Thats opinion matey, i took into account performance and best and fairest finish, our defenders were amongst best 10 players in the side and with the inclusion of chappy who is a seasoned performer, the news just gets better :clapping

WGAF about B&F results in bottom 8 sides? Milne finished 15th in St Kilda's B&F, does that mean he's an average forward? Next time Petrie sees Rance coming towards him I can tell you he might just rub one out on the spot. Chappy is a seasoned squib. Grimes & Morris are guns. I'm looking forward to seeing what Griffo can do as a defender because Chappy will never be a top line player. Rance is solid but he can't play on the best. Griffo might be able to.

Lol , rancer cant play on the best, he was in AA form for the best part of year until he ran out of steam, rewind the game on buddy and come back and talk :lol

God you talk absolute rubbish. Franklin got 20 disposals in the wet. Rance was never near All Australian and never will be because he's not good enough. You think he should be talked about like Glass, Richards, Rutten, Lake etc? He's not in their class. Stop overrating our players. Rewind the 4th quarter against North Melbourne, guy.

Themselves fights words partner
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Ive just referenced rancers 2012 form against glass, rutten, lake and richards. He had more disposals, more i50s more contested ball, more uncontested ball, more marks, more tackles. What crack are you on when you say he s not in their class :lol
