you're in tha jungle bay-bee

I for one just like the theme song it's what makes our game unique worldwide.

Although I must admit that I have seen a lot of European soccer clubs do this and yes it can create a frenzy as the teams run out, but European soccer clubs exclusively play home games on their home turf, the MCG has many co-tenants. Loses its appeal.

Agreed, the start of that song is intimidating but leave it as is.

Play team song as team comes out  and leave it at that.

For pre game entertainment how about pot shots at James Sherry or if Walla$$ is on the SEN preview on the big screen on our home games..... I'm sure we'll think of something.

So true Al  :thumbsup

Where tuckerbug when you need him?

Carlton have a song David Allan Coe-Now I lay me down and cheat

Essendon- Throw down your weapon- Midnight oil

It's late and I'm tired.

See you all again when the AFL proposes to fornicate the game at a time real soon.

P.S Do me a favour and find songs for the two most irrelevant clubs, Nought and Melbourne. I can't be buggered. :thumbsup

Tucker, how about "Santa Claus aka the AFL is coming to town" for the Kangas?
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Essendon's is definately I Want The World by Veruca Salt.

I reckon Leaps And Bounds would be perfect for us as a tune playing BEFORE they walk out not AS they are walking out.

A song while everyone is getting to their seats or standing posys.

Would be unobtrusive and still get everyone pumped at the same time.

Possibly but "Beat It" from Michael Jackson may be more apt.
