The kicks out of the centre need to go deep Tiges; not to the 50m line. You don't play through a CHF at the SCG. Too much handball either.

That's about the fourth time a Tiger has needlessly slipped over. Get some proper stops on.

Swans run it up for a goal after we stuffed up in our defensive 50  :banghead

We can't keep it locked in our forward line  :scream

And another rebounding goal to them  :banghead.

This is so frustrating. Like the North game we are playing into their hands and on their terms.

If the Swans have two spare tall defenders then where are our loose men?  ::)

How is Tippett one out yet Jack has 3 on him?

And now Dusty slips over. Change of stops at half-time Tiges!

Jack held & Foley blocked yet it's a Swans free  :huh

Dumb free to give away Jack.

We get it back and Ellis marks well. Point.

Half-time

Richmond    5.3     6.4-40
Sydney       5.3     8.7-55

Goals: Martin 2, Riewoldt, Vickery, White, Conca

I can't see how we are going to win this. Not that we're playing crap but just completely out classed. Every single time they transition from back to forward they have free numbers, and every stoppage their defensive side players are smashing us.

jack wasn't held MT where did you pull that one from? Jack pushed him in the back and Richards milked it a bit, but it was there.

We've done ok so far, started well and then swans took control that qtr before we got back into it a bit in the final 5-10 mins. Need a lift from our midfield, they are shading us atm with their 2 way running - but we're not out of it

Lucky to be only 15 points down. Game has turned into a scrap which suits the Swans especially with them in front. They are just sitting back and waiting for the turnover or 50/50 long ball to gain possession and hit us on the counter.

If we were to sub Arnot on you would take Titch Edwards off.

We will not win this game unless we simply gut run. We are getting smashed in pack marks so we have to run through them rather than trying to kick over them. Also we have to win the 50/50 ball, we are losing all at the moment.  If Hardwick can come up with a way of fixing these issues then we might lose by less than 5 goals, if we dont the it will be 10+.

Why does Hardwick continually poo himself and play a loose down back when there is the slightest negative margin. Good sides set-up behind the ball and attack from down back. He plays right into their hands. As Roos said, just keep hitting up the 'shorts' and run harder into space.
