No doubt, having said that firmino will be a star, Lallana is quality now in a deeper role and Clyne as solid as a rock at RB. Lovren, and Origi will make for good depth and cover when we need to expand the squad for Europe. Who knows, Klopp may go out and buy fatty Carroll back given he is apparently "100% better" now at off ham.

The less said about Brenda the better...

We aren't even firing on all cylinders yet. Götze was out, Reus still being managed after long injury lay off and the team is still gelling. Heaps of really young guys like Pulisic, Dembele and Mor finding their feet. The result was massive as it was away. Only caught a few bits and pieces but world class teams playing each other in UCL is what ultimately got me into this football. Stuff me it was fast and clinical.

If you don't know much about Pulisic then look him up if you get the chance. He's turning into a jet for us and will carry the USA side for the next decade. I know Australia has some solid youth coming through but it would be awesome to unearth a gem like him.

yep, thats what makes it all the more impressive, think dortmund are building into the season and havent anywhere near peaked. Yeah I know Pulisic, it's been reported plenty of times that Klopp's been keeping tabs on him - good luck trying to pry him away from dortmund

World Cup 2026 expanding to 48 teams is garbage. Takes the shine off qualifying. May as well just remove qualification now. I'm sure it's great for teams like New Zealand who have been on the brink for a little while but I don't see how Spain v Samoa would be a great spectacle for any body.
