Been doing yoga last year or so and have just started and just finished a Sesh for that matter of hot yoga, laugh all you like try a 90 minute session of hot yoga I'm stuffed.

Not really sure what hot yoga is (feel free to elaborate ;D), but I've done my share of yoga and although it wasn't really my thing I do have a respect for its difficulty.

 :lol We have one win for the year and I missed that game :(  and we have them again this week but guess who will miss it again ::)
Still good to be out there even during a loss

Like doing yoga in a sauna - sweat much!

Yep the Vic comp. Unless a miracle happens I can't see us winning a few games to get off the bottom  :lol we lost nearly half our seniors and ressies this season and we've got a lot of guys that haven't long come from juniors. Everyone has just accepted we're into rebuild and it's going to be a bit tough.

what is a good gym rotine to get super-buff (ie lids/rance :pray) within 3 to 6 months

if one goes gym every day and starting from average base
