I don't mind it. Would destroy some clubs though.

Nae, its better to try come 1st in 2nd league

Than try come 11th or tank

With two divisions you could have a fair home and away draw, too.

Depends how many divisions in the comp. Would be sad to see a successful div 1 club end up playing in div 3 or lower.

SFL has 3 divs because of the amount of teams. It's fair IMO. Last years relegated team from div 1 to 2 finished mid table this year after not winning a game last year. We didn't get a single win this year and got belted in our last game by nearly 200. It's fair and even I reckon  :cheers. We've turned over a lot of players recently and have a lot of young guys fresh out of juniors. No way we can compete with the cashed up clubs in div 1

I've always been in favour of promotion and relegation since the comp became unfair regarding the draw and while I agree with you Coach that it would be sad to see the demise of some clubs I'll bet Fitzroy would have preferred that over the forced amalgamation and move interstate.

Went for a run down the beach earlier. Probably put on 5 kgs in the last couple of months. Legs were certainly heavy by the end of it.

My gyms becoming more and more packed with the seasonal gym goers trying to get their "summer bodies". Luckily I've just changed routines and don't need to go to gym as often

What do you mean brother? I didn't run on water ;D I was running closer to the water where the sand is harder rather than running on the thicker sand if that's what you mean. That poo is impossible to run in.
