80,000 a chance ?

Unlike say carlton which has wealthy benefactors,or Melbourne and the northern interstate clubs which have the AFL supporting them,we have have neither. We have to look at how clubs like Collingwood and especially hawthorn are raking in the dollars. Not that long ago the Hawks were going to merge and were up the creek money wise.Yet in a relatively short space of time they were able to not only turn it around but make themselves(whether we like it or not) into a financial powerhouse.Or we can disgard both hawthorn and the pies and plot our own course in this area, but the given is that sooner rather than later the well that is the Fighting tiger fund will run dry or at the very least just a trickle..In my opinion that's a certainty
I think we'll pass the Hawthhorkes soon. I don't trust them, they'll get somebody to buy 10,000 memberships and say that the flag gave them extra memberships getting passed by Richmond in membership sales will hurt more than losing the 2012 granny for them

Shh WP might hear you. Everybody know he's not a fan of raising membership costs
