The word around Moe today is there is a huge trade coming up for pick 1.

I've heard Moe is the place that all teams consult before a big trade :p

On a side note, anyone know who it could be? Tom Rockliff maybe?

 :lol

Talking to a 16 year old single mother of 7 just before and she thinks Carlton might be up to something.

Saints need a tall forward, they could give 3 and a player, but I think GWS would be wanting a big gun player.

Bulldogs could do with a tall forward as well, but again, who do they trade?

So which club could utilise the services of Tom Boyd the most? I think Jobba could be on the money with Brisbane. Maybe not Rockliff but with Brown probably only lasting another year, Boyd would suit them to a Tee. Brisbane do love a Power Forward and I think that's why they are also looking at McGuane in case they cannot secure Boyd via pick one from GWS.  ;D

Tyson is not worth Pick 2 yet. Would have given pick 2 for Shiel or Cameron but Tyson hasn't set the world on fire by any means. Could be another Trengrove or Morton for them.  :lol

They alo
so get pick 9. So for me the question is "is Tyson and 9 better than Aish". I dont know anything about this uears draft (including Aish) - but prima facie I think the dees win.

Stupid trade, Kelly will give more in his debut season than Tyson will. Pick 9 and 20, is the gap going to be as big as Melbum think to make up for the drop of Kelly to Tyson? I think not . . . Geez they are stuffed. If GWS are keen on trading 1 or 2, watch what type of deal they get done with it. Melbum could learn a thing or 2.

James Podsiadly has agreed to join the Adelaide Football Club on a two-year deal.

The Crows will now work with the Cats to determine Podsiadly’s path to West Lakes.

Reports that Paul Chapman and the Bombers have reached an agreement are also circulating. Big day, this one.

We would not miss these 3 in the slightest and IMV have made a crucial mistake in thinking we are loaded for a flag tilt in the coming yrs with this list.
[/quote]

I can see what you are saying Dan, but now look at the three you mentioned and tell me who we could have picked up from other clubs in replacement of these players, remembering that the three players mentioned are starting 22 and not fringe spots that we can gamble with.

no they are not Tiga, this is where your wrong.

Foley where was he in the elim final?

Edwards. Well he speaks for himself really. The lad been missing for 7 years give or take 10 games. Suffers from the Tambling introvert syndrome.

Grigg, possibly the most replaceable player out of the 3 i mentioned.

Docherty, Adams would be perfect replacements if we had balls to offer picks plus those 3 up.

If bernie Spud vince is worth 22 then these 3 would be around that mark
