Hun run a recycled ASADA/Essendope story that no-one gives a poo about, so they hide in a bin and catch Kingy chatting to a bikie. It must be killing them that Dusty seems to be behaving. Richmond sells papers!

Nothing in it, sacking someone for consorting with a free man would be dragged before the human rights commission quicker than a rancer dash from hb....move on nothing to see :shh

I see them chatting on the street, that's all. Big deal.

At least he's not in uniform. Most people probably wouldn't recognise him in regular clothes. Don't see any RFC-image-jeopardising here...

this is the Herald scum making out all bikies are bad..  Its subtly convincing the public that to associate with MC's is an offence. Its  crap and we shouldnt stand for it..

Well when I hear the term 'bikie' I think of the gangsters and criminals.

I don't associate legitimate motorcycle enthusiasts with that term.

This dude is a bikie isn't he? That's the problem.

Well he (Mitchell) was shot due to his connections  ;D

Anyway.....

Going by and listening to Benny Gale's interview the last time this happened the Club was disappointed and not happy. So the Club IMHO has a right to be peeved this time.

Said it before, will say it again in this multi million dollar business that is AFL footy it's simply not a good look

Not saying it's right not saying it's wrong, it's just the way it is these days.

This is a joke. Fair dinkum, he can associate with whoever he chooses as long as they arent partaking in any criminal or illegal activity for mine.

KB has defended Jake on his SEN program this morning.
=======================================

"'Jake King is not a criminal" : KB

....Tigers great Kevin Bartlett has jumped to King's defence.

"Richmond has every right to lay down the law on who frequents the club ... but in his private life Jake King can be friends with whoever he wants," Bartlett said on his SEN radio show.

"By associating with underworld figures doesn't mean that King is a criminal ... he says they are long-standing family friends, and that has never been disputed.

"As long as King operates within the guidelines of the club, and keeps himself out of trouble and makes no attempt to influence teammates into his circle of friends, he should be able to go about his life without scrutiny." ....

This dude is a bikie isn't he? That's the problem.

So does that mean when I hear the term "misinformed" or "naive" I would think of you? Or would I just be stereotyping???

The problem is the misconception created by media hysteria and public opinion by people and governments that don't have a clue.

There are worse rapists, pedophiles, drug addicts and con artists then there are corrupt "bikies".

Yes there are some bad and corrupt bikes but they are in the minority of clubs, the majority don't even have criminal records.

Jake King and Toby Mitchell are doing nothing at all that constitutes breaking the law.... Oh hang on.... We don't have a constitution anymore!!!!
