Ross Monaghan has become the latest AFL football operations manager to move on after Richmond announced a restructure of its football department.

Just days after St Kilda made the position held by Greg Hutchison redundant, the Tigers announced Monaghan would be leaving the club because of changes within the football department.

No, Matty Knights wants to be involved in coaching, he wouldn't be interested

This role was more admin with a small role on match day. Get the feeling the role has been made redundant and will be covered by others
