Two years at least. We made finals this year on the back of a soft draw yet we defeated both grand  finalists. Losing the first final was a reality check, we have quite a bit of maturing to do.

agree
Until we can play with the intensity on display by the hawks yesterday across our whole playing group for 4 quarters, we can't even consider a flag

Yep, two years for me too. I think we have the core now. Just need more time to develop that consistent intensity.

and how do we keep our middle tier players if we pay a small number of players excessive amounts and run out of salary cap space?

Well we have done it before. Actually we have always done it.

LMAO.
amazing, truly amazing.
you have just exceeded all expectations.

Excuse me for asking WP but if you are under 50 then why do you have a pic of Clarke Gable as your avatar?
I thought you'd be 160 with that thing
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Not quite born in 1892 so that makes WP 121 by my reckoning. ;D
Maybe WP was hoping for a flag before turning 150 and made a typo so that takes us to having our premiership window in 2042. :-\

Correct it isn't Clake Gable it is the late and great Willam Powell, most famous for "the Thin Man" series of movies in the 1930's - 1940's

He does have somthing in common with Clarke Gable both gentlemen were married to Carole Lombard
