Yeah I know, but he strained his shoulder too, so he's not allowed to jump or over stretch at the moment

So lift in is the go at the minute  ;D

Ok, so now that both of you have been subbed out, who does all the lifting now?  I imagine the 40kg malamute would still be easier to lift into the vehicle than your good self?   :whistle

O'Hanlon had an op in the last few weeks to fix up his ankle.

McBean posted a pic on twitter a week or two ago with his foot in plaster.

I don't need any lifting, I just fall into the car  ;D

The other half is currently responsible for getting Nisha into the car, not happy about it (neither is Nisha ;D)

RICHMOND

Reece Conca (hamstring) The young midfielder is recovering from a serious hamstring injury suffered in the Tigers' elimination final loss to Carlton. He underwent surgery in September and will be on limited duties through November and December. The 21-year-old is expected to progress into full training in January with a view to being available for round one.

Richmond’s Elite Performance Manager Peter Burge updating where Conca and Knights are at:

* Reece is in a fast running phase at the moment and his strength is really good. When he comes back in January, we’ll start to introduce him to some skill work. We’d hope, by the end of January, that he’s doing full skills with the group and, hopefully, in a position where he can play in the pre-season series.

* Chris has been with the group for two weeks now, doing intro skills. We’re taking a cautious approach, given the injury he had, but he’s certainly on track to be doing full skills, probably the second or third week of January. He’s looking really good.
