How am I trolling? His kicking is massively overrated. In the games I've seen him play he has missed targets more often than not

Funny bunch in here, if you bag a player you get called a troll but the reality is his kicking is average at best. FWIW the best kicking I've seen him do was from 50 and shooting at goаl in the Nab cup.. Anything else has missed a target most of the time

For me the kid lacks intensity and getting involved in games. Now for a pick 12 he should be miles better.

Have to agree with Phil. You hear a lot about his foot skills but in the games he's played I haven't seen much evidence of this. It's possible these errors are as a result of in the increased tempo at senior level but i'm not convinced.

Seems to me he could be the classic example of a guy who tricks everything into thinking he has great foot skills (good mechanics, long, penetrating) when he actually makes a lot of blunders by foot.

Despite this concern and his obvious lack of leg speed i would like to see him played pretty much every game for the rest of the season. He should also be left in the forward line where his over head marking, goal sense and creativity can be put to good use. There is some talent there and a skilful mid sized forward would be great for our structure.

Way way way ahead of himself, will be another Alex Gilmour or Aaron Fiora if he doesn't pull his head in

Watch him play VFL and you can see the elite kick he is. I believe young players put so much pressure on them selves not to make a mistake out of the fear of being dragged, and then dropped back to the seconds, they struggle to play their natural game. Give Lennon the knowledge he will play minimum 6 games or more giving him the chance to show his skills.

IMO he need to play deep. I think he gets a bit lost at the moment at HF.
Play him in a true forward pocket and let him lead at the footy. He is a ginuine footballer IMO, not super quick but if you know when to lead and where, you don't need to be quick...
Let's be honest, who would know if he is a good kick at this level, he doesn't get it enough ATM.

A big bodied mid would be pretty handy right now.... Patrick Cripps anyone??

Anyway let's hope FJ doesn't recruit another flanker for a few years.

I just feel this kid hasn't had a proper chance. Ig he isn't the sub he's the subbed, if he's playing he's then dropped then back into the team when injuries hit then first dropped for the likes of Newman.
Just give the kid 4-5 games straight in a position he is used to and let him get some confidence and oppurtunity to keep his spot. We pick guys like Petterd, Arnot, Lambert before this kid.

Who would blame him for having bugger all confidence.
Go Tigers!

Give him time  to prove himself, he needs to just get involved more but I saw some promising signs.
