Watts would be on reasonable coin as well, Melbourne has to pay 92% of the cap to someone.

Who isn't a fan of the thinking man's orange Tim Fleming?

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

Worth plenty as a key defender to us.

When he plays well so do we.

Chaplin has been pretty good lately. Show some respect to the great man. Coach is turning in his bloody grave right now.  >:(

One could argue Grigg is not in the top30, watts is a large Chaplin upgrade(equally soft, younger, upside) and the excess salary cap room would lead to a beneficial situation. What a cunning plan

Think Grigg would comfortably be in top 30. Watt's isn't an upgrade on Chaplin IMO and we don't have the luxury of trading an okay backman for a speculative one with too many mental demons. I would take the chance on him but not at high risk.

Watts is the Ritchie Tambling of the Demons.
Roos is just trying to talk him up ahead of a trade.
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

i guess chaplin was playing on him

under my submission youd be losing two girls, gaining more. a overall result of minus one girl

Not surprising that his best game for the year was against us when we were playing like poo, Chaplain included. In general, he has done nothing this year but take up space.
look elsewhere Judge.

We are reknowned for letting duds and newbies opposition players either played back into form or have a break out game

Ya but older and expensive
lol your worrying about expense yet want to cut chaplin.
you do realise hes contracted until the end of 2016.  if we pay him out you wont be able to afford a rookie yet alone jack watts. whats chaplin on 350 - 400k a yr thats 800k straight onto our cap.
get used to the idea we wont be cutting chaplin  so how about some realistic ideas based on whos contracted and whos not.

Surely if you trade the potato you don't continue paying 100% of his salary / Or have it in the cap
