Heads needs to role in our football department
« on: June 15, 2014, 05:22:10 AM »
They need to be accountable for the disaster they created starting from preseason tradeweek،free agency،draft and rookee draft and preseason training.First up fiteness staff all gone the club can deny all they like ،but our players arent fit and struggle to run out games.Next the medical staff the Maric saga was loveable he went in for surgery last couple of weeks before season، they said it was a miss communcation between departments the reson lol only at richmond .

All our assistants all need to go besides Choco who needs to be promoted as a senior assistant with exprience he has.Who is Mark Williams from dees that's the assistants we target lol .On top of that we lost two assistants last year and club said we wont replace them puzzling decsion.Football manager Richardson no experience at club level former player manager thats our target not a Balme or Chris Bond.On to Hartley the afl world made him to be a genius or something،anyone good have recruited players not getting games or delisted hacks.Wheres the Dom Tyson or Taylor Adams.

I have been happy with our board ،but let me say giveing Dimma a contract exention before a ball was kicked was a bad move.It was based on one good season and looseing the most winnable final why not wait to mid year.Club got ahead of itself in all aspects fullstop.

Our whole coaching panel is a bunch of nobodies. Choco excluded.
You get what you pay for and their has never been truer words when it come to that lot.
Other clubs have assistants that have even been senior AFL coaches themselves. We have Danny Daly  :whistle
I would love to sack the lot of them but with Dimma having another two years I guess he has to stay but get him some f:?king help.
IMO if we continue to lose, we will get an outstanding kid come draft time, trade out a few and make some tough calls. Our best 22 isn't far off with an injection of Miles, a second year Lennon, a fit Matty Dea and Grimes and a few extras through the draft, FA and trades.
FFS write this year off and look to 2015. Be smart for once!

will we get an outstanding kid with jackson at the helm???.
will they trade out and cut plenty??? ffs  they just re-signed s edwards. we will be lucky to turn over 5 players the way they talk and act.
our best 22 is miles away  that comment  sounds like the club with the head in the sand.
i agree write the yr off, play as many of  the juniors and development players as is possible and be smart just for one. that would mean someone at the club with authority has to have the guts to be honest about where we are at and actually lead. wont happen.

Drop or Sack some of the smartass players. Stop with the blaming of coaches. These players had brilliant basic skills before coming to the club,  except they revolt to the basic skills of 12 year olds on the arena. Its the PLAYERS not the Coaches & Admins

disagree the coaching panel and the entire football department are 3rd rate IMHO and thats shown by the results. the players themselves are ordinary as a group the whole joint is stuffed.
