So which generation has the poorest personal qualities?
ill declare my hand upfront and say im a gen x for transparency, and also, get the ball rolling:~
interwar/silent generation ~ born 1918~1944. traditional. moral. civic.
Baby boomers:~ born 1945~1964. the generation that had it all and had it easy, with access to free education, cheap housing and jobs a plenty. often referred to as the greedy or materialistic generation, who arguably also oversaw the destruction of planet on their watch. Lacks empathy and experience as to the difficulties of the current generations and the real world experiences of younger generations.
Generation X:~ born 1965 to 1981. The pessimistic, jaded generation. Unfocused.
Generation Y:~ born 1982~1995. Lazy, programmed for instant self gratification, and have unrealistic expectations of others and themselves. Sheltered.
i Generation:~ born 1996~2010. now beginning to enter the workforce. digital natives. sensitive, conservative . lack social skills due to a full lufe of the internet, mobile phones, instant messaging and the like
