Thank-you Jake for service provided to club. Had a great attitude. Gave his all. Played his best as a small defensive forward. Decision to retire like the way he played was team oriented. Will miss his aggression.

Thanks Kingy, you little terrier. Remember your first season at Coburg when Andy Collins got you to come down to try out. Loved watching you play, so tough and uncompromising. Rest is history

Good call, I know that toe injury is a lot worse than we ever got told. Right call you've made  :thumbsup

Heart and soul Tiger. Would be a great development coach for young 1st or 2nd year draftees.
Would help them grow hair on their chest  ;D

Good on you Kingy, classy classy year you have had. Hope Caro and all the media flogs who have banged on about the rubbish in off season come out with something positive, starting with the recent work you've done with the Tiger Cubs.

If only some of his older mates had the same amount of class and unselfishness

Never rated him as a player and don't think he belonged on a list, but respected his approach and attitude, and his work with that sick kid will perhaps be what he is best remembered for and there is plenty of credit in that.

Well done Jakey on a great career at Tigerland. The hardest nut that I've seen play for Richmond and we've had a few. You gave more in 107 games than some peahearts that have played 250 plus.
Special salute for the Didak snipe which started the Collingwood brawl in 2009. A bright moment on a very dark day for Richmond.
