Yes that would be a reason, also some disgruntled members that we have on this forum. We have had a couple already saying they won't renew because of the recent selection of players in the draft..

every year more people are taking up the committed tiger or rolling tiger or whatever they call it because it's convenient. Certainly causes some angst but it appears more people are renewing that way

It would be interesting to see the amount of people that had no idea of this process and the amount that phoned the club to question it.
