i think the last 5 years have been a good return with picks 20-20, compared to the 5yrs before that.

Its a bit of luck and how good the recruiter is. Take 2011 for example better players found in picks 30-40

hmmm, thought provoking

Well someone had to Albert. Your continual picks are arse rhetoric after 20 is  actually incorrect.

wtf has my post you quoted got to do with this?

and what r picks 20-20?

that my ignorant little boy is the thought provoking part.

On to your statement, how do you judge how well these picks have gone?

I'm willing to bet it is a subjective view, which is just one persons opinion. if you want to make such claims you need a measurement to quantify what is a success.

but just out of curiosity, how many of 200+ picks taken after 20 in the last 5 years do you reckon are sucessfull. (and how do you determine success)?

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Wish Richmond would stop 'enquiring' and start ripping players away from clubs under their noses like Collingwood does. By the time you hear about it players are basically Collingwood-bound.

Stuff enquiring just go steal one bloody hell...

Would be a very handy addition to our midfield. A good size and hard at the footy.
What would it cost us?
If we are going to be in the hunt for some of these guys, we are going to have to trade out a few of our own to gain the extra decent picks we may need.
Who REALISTICALLY would get us first or second round picks that are expendable? BEllis? Griff? Vickery? Conca?
Would you lose a wink of sleep if you never saw any of these guys in a Tigers jumper ever again?

Handy yes, hardworking yes but not elite, we will have so many vanilla style players we may as well change our strip to vanilla. We need bona fide elite skillful fast and strong midfielders otherwise we are just replacing same with same and will continue to tread water in this competition.

I think you're selling him short. His toughness and speed are elite. Gets his hands on the ball to. Would love him in a tiger jumper.
