We need scoreboard pressure from him.
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Shortened quarters don't suit him.... :shh

Looks to have had an extended rest in the third with donuts otherwise a ok game.

Was second most pressure acts and second most tackles

Made the most with limited opportunities.

Kane Lambert

Quiet for most of the game, but stood up when it counted in the final term. The two last quarter goals when the game was on the line.

Kane Lambert loves the big moments

Forget Dustin Martin, Tom Lynch and Jack Riewoldt. Lambert, the former rookie who was overlooked in five national drafts, bobbed up for three massive moments in the final term. The 28-year-old worked through traffic to kick a goal after six minutes, before snapping to perfection from a deliberate out of bounds free kick deep in the forward pocket five minutes later. His majors were the Tigers' only two of the quarter. Then with the Power pushing for victory, Lambert won a crucial clearance with less than 30 seconds left to put the game beyond doubt.

Kane Lambert – 4
Wasn't really spotted in the first half, but made up for it in the third term with a calm set shot as the momentum swung Richmond's way.

Kane Lambert
Nailed Richmond’s third goal after half-time as the Tigers attempted to grab the game back. As Richmond got better, so did Lambert.

Hopefully we got back to proper 20min quarters next year (despite Wankerfield wanting to stay at 16). Would suit his endurance a lot more. Came good at the pointy end with some crucial snags.

His pickup at his toes and then handball to Prestia for the opening goal of the 4th quarter was sensational!

Probably stating the obvious that Lambo's top start to this season has coincided with the return to longer quarters/matches. He is a running machine. The shorter quarters in 2020 definitely affected his game especially at this time last year.

Thought he was brilliant yesterday

The 1st half in particular, set us up for the remainder of the day.  :clapping

Longer games certainly suit him
