Why arn't we signing $3 million dollar naming rights deals though? What does M.E pay for the naming rights?

Doesn't matter now. But it was significant

ME Bank sponsorship ends at the end of this year (oct) and they advised the Club last year they wouldn't be renewing the deal

Are we expecting a huge new deal?
I would suggest it might be on the cards due to our resurgence.

How bout Phillip Morris?  Or Exxon?  Or maybe Blackwater Mercenaries Inc.

Eddie was extremely salty about this all week and absolutely refused to believe it even when the figures were read out to him. Deal with it McGuire, ya knob.

MMM hot breakfast will make for good listening on Monday morning. Eddie vs Mick  :lol
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yep. Reckon Mick will be in at 6 too  :lol Granted that Mick does stir him up, Mick remains mostly jovial yet Eddie just doesn't do banter. Always has to make some really low statement. It's for people like him that I vow to never be humble when/if we have a Geelong/Hawthorn patch. Stuff em all  ;D

Even Pie fans are admitting it was a pro-Tiger crowd at their home game yesterday.

"There was about 63,000 at G today. It was a pro Tigers crowd at a Pies home game. Was sitting in the Olympic stand and it was chockers and bloody loud with Richmond folk. Looked over at the Ponsford stand and it was barely half full. Not just today but also last couple of games against Melbourne and Carlton."

Yep Collingwood paying equalisation funds to other clubs.
Richmond caused the player wars themselves stealing their players.
Blah blah blah.

Using the 7-8 year Bomber Thompson model you get to a flag in year 7-8 and sustain that.
This is Dimma's 6th year.
Payback will be swift and oh so good. ;D
Unrelenting, loud and satisfying. ;D

I'd love to see the Pies miss the finals for another 2-3 years maybe more just like in the 1990's and lets see where their membership lags.

It was 79K a few years ago back to 75K now. Will slip further.

Tiggers are the hottest ticket in town.

Will be proven again this season if we play a final in Melb just like in 2013 90K plus. Hopefully multiplies by 3-4 will make finals tickets as rare as hens teeth. :thumbsup
