What exactly does a "medical test" consist of?

I'm not 100% sure what these medicos do but I would imagine there would be a standard physical examination looking specifically at ligament laxity, range of movement of certain joints as well as general cardiovascular fitness. Then there are specific scans that can be ordered including MRIs of knees, hips, back and ankles. Of course the player would have to complete a range of football tasks like running, kicking, marking and hand balling under some pressure situation too.

I have walked down the main Street of Coober Pedy, drank in the main public bars in Ponsonby, Harlem and Whenuapai and I can assure you blacks are racist as well, so no, you are not a racist, we are pretty wound up about it in Australia and really have no concept of it.
