Good riddance Bailey. Not sure how closely anyone has been watching but have our rucks improved at all since he was here. Pretty cruisy job. Development coach for 1 guy (Maric who is 30) whilst the other is injured.

Absolute cruizy cruizy job

Whack him for the job he was employed to do not what you think he did

He was not the club ruck coach.

His role was development, you know the kids, the VFL not Maric

Oh those ruck kids are coming on  ::)

Griffith
McBean
Elton
Think none of them had played many minutes in the ruck, but at Richmond VFL the last year or two they have all spent more time in the ruck.
Griffith particularly has gone from playing virtually all his footy at CHB or CHF to being the main ruck change with Maric when he plays seniors.

Technically yes he is our mid field stoppages coach

Bailey's role had very little to do with ruck work coaching

According to the club site lade looks after both ruck and mid

We are that cash strapped we can't even afford one each.

Also says bailey was too, albeit in development.

I'll ask you a question Angus because I'm interested

Where do you think we should spend more money?

Remembering it costs $600-800k a year to field a VFL side so should we increase spend there or beef up recruiting, development or just employee more coaches?

Don't just say we should sack this person, sack that person, the question is about which area needs the biggest boost to take up the next step.

I've said it before many times over the last few yrs, you know this

Get rid of williams the dud one. How in gods name does this bloke still have a job in our forward line.

In: Monkhurst

Out: Francis, in Rendell

Out: Williams in Micky O or Ratts.

Out : Hartley in anyone that has a clue

You want to be the best start getting the best coaches. His had a great run williams

Following in the Richmond trend of the last three seasons  under Hardwick, most assistants are bargin basement selections. Mcrae being the exception.

Makes sense. What's the point of having a coach to just coach two-three ruckman
