Hawks players under investigation

Two Hawks players under investigation for sexual assault. This has seemingly gone under the radar probably due to all the trade rumours. Pretty serious sounding stuff though

The two players names have not yet been released publicly.

Hence, for legal reasons, do NOT guess or imply any names nor post rumours naming/guessing who the players are, as it puts OER at legal risk.

If the rumour is true, with both being premiership players, the Hawks will be in damage control.

In time, the names will come out publicly.

Fair enough. But I wonder why these two Hawk players get the benefit of anonymity as their case is investigated, while Milne and Majak Daw were publically named?

Are you just choosing to completely ignore what OE said just before your post? Don't post rumours about this. It has been clearly stated by the AFL site that one is not a premiership player

According to Mark Robinson on SEN the other day, there were other totally innocent Hawks in the same vicinity of the alleged incident and he's heard 8 different pairs of Hawks mentioned to him. If the media go with the wrong names then they'll be up for defamation claims.
