Broady is very underrated. Often has to be Dimma's Mr Fixit as he was yesterday with both Grimes and Floss out of our defence. Great game!

22 disposals (14k, 8h, 3c, 19u, 86.4% eff.)
9 marks
5 tackles
3 inside 50s
5 intercepts
371 metres gained
4 score involvements
85% time on ground.

One of the most externally underrated B grade players of our dynasty you'd think

Thought he was brilliant yesterday

His 1st half in particular set the scene for our back six

been our best player both games imo.

Still adamant that we need to get games into both Miller and Gibcus and would like to see em try Broad on a wing.

Some dodgy disposal & decision making at times especially early on when GWS were still making an effort....but top shelf otherwise.... :shh

Still hasn’t replicated his post 17 premiership form and for that he’ll always disappoint me

Surely leading our BnF through the first 4 games. Has been sensational beating his man 1v1 while also providing good run out of defence. His kicking and marking has also improved.

Nathan Brown reckons Broad would be leading our B&F.

After a 2021 season that finished prematurely due to a syndesmosis injury, Broad is now averaging a career-high 19.4 disposals and 7.6 marks in 2022.

Nathan Broad extends his contract until 2023 (afl site)
« Reply #283 on: June 09, 2022, 12:03:38 PM »
Meanwhile, triple premiership Tiger Nathan Broad is off the club's out-of-contract list after it emerged he had quietly hit a trigger for a 2023 extension.

It is understood Broad, whose deal was previously set to expire at the end of this season, reached the trigger last year and will extend his time at the Tigers into an eighth season.

Broad signed a two-year extension at the end of 2020 after speculation about a move to Gold Coast. The West Australian played 14 games last season and finished equal 10th in the best and fairest.

Nice - what a great pickup he has turned out to be.
