The top three in the repeat 30m sprints all drafted by Richmond, one on the main list & two rookies!  Good times!     ;D

I believe some of our draftees last season like Menadue were pretty high up in these tests too  ;D only a few have to make it and that should be a decent addition of speed in to the side.

...and wasn't Broad's repeat sprint result at the State combine better than anyone at the National combine?

Even big Reece McKenzie had a 20m sprint time of 2.87 sec which is elite.  I think he was puffed out after 20m though! :shh
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

prob means they think they can build endurance but not speed. Prob is true too.

I just hope that they can kick, mark, handball at an elite level while running to the right spots and most importantly make the right decisions under pressure
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

They only puck kids who can kick now and all appear to be able to mark it well but decision making at speed thats a trick.

Great story. Seems like a rough gem. If we can polish him properly we may have a pretty expensive gemstone. Seems like a genuinely nice guy too.
